Wireless Connection

  1. Select Wireless, if it is not already selected, on the touch panel.
  2. Make sure you are connected to the University of Washington or eduroam wireless network.

Ways to Connect Wirelessly

Connecting Through Miracast

  1. Press Windows + K on your keyboard to open wireless display options
  2. Select the room you’re in
  3. Enter the 4-digit code on the screen

Connecting Through Airplay

  1. Connect through Apple Airplay by going to the top right and select the Control Center
  2. Select Screen Mirror
  3. Select the room you are in
  4. Input the 4-digit code that pops up on the room screen

If You are Unable to Connect Through Airplay

  1. Download the Mersive Solstice app if not already installed
  2. Open the Mersive Solstice app
  3. There will be a pop-up that will ask for access to screen record, select Accept
  4. Input the IP address of the Solstice pod into your app
  5. Input the 4-digit code that pops up on the room screen
  6. Choose what content you want to display into the room

If You Missed the Pop-Up or Clicked Cancel

  1. Open up System Preferences
  2. Go to Privacy and Security
  3. Look for Screen Recording
  4. Look for the Mersive Solstice icon and select the toggle right next to it
  5. Open the Mersive Solstice app
  6. Input the IP address of the Solstice pod into your app
  7. Input the 4-digit code that pops up on the room screen
  8. Choose what content you want to display into the room
  9. For I-Phone and I-Pad, follow steps 1-7, look for screen mirroring on your device, select the room you’re in,
    and input the 4-digit code one more time

Connecting Through Solstice

  1. Download the Mersive Solstice app if not already installed
  2. Open the Mersive Solstice app
  3. Input the IP address of the Solstice pod into your Solstice app
  4. Input the 4-digit code that pops up on the room screen
  5. Choose how you want to display into the room
