UW staff, students and faculty and non-UW affiliated organizations are all welcome to make reservations for our spaces and equipment. Depending on the type of your organization and your event details, different processes or forms may apply, but the following reservation process applies to most event and equipment reservations:
Step 1: Submit Request
Please note: Completing this form is considered an official request.
If you want a quote before booking, please email us.
Step 2: Provide More Details
A Classroom Services team member will reach out for additional details about your event if needed.
Step 3: Receive Confirmation
Once your request has been processed, you will be provided an email confirmation with an estimate of charges, at which point you are responsible for any charges or cancellation fees as outlined in our Policies.
Step 4: Complete Additional Forms
Depending on event details, additional forms from other offices may be required at this time.
Registered Student Organization Tabling
If you are a Registered Student Organization wanting to table in our spaces, you may fill out our RSO Tabling Form instead. Any non-RSO requestors wishing to table must use the general Request Form.
